Application in terms of the Prostitution Protection Act (ProstSchG) (according to § 3 or § 4 ProstSchG).
Since 01.07.2017, the Prostitution Protection Act (ProstSchG) provides a registration obligation for persons who are involved in prostitution in Germany. They must register with the municipality in whose area of responsibility the activity will be primarily carried out (§ 3Abs. 1 ProstSchG).
The registration certificate is valid for two years for persons aged 21 or older. For persons under the age of 21 is valid for one year only. If the activity as a prostitute is to be continued after the period of validity, the registration certificate must be extended.
A fee of € 35.00 is due for the registration certificate.

The legal basis for the collection and processing of personal data lays within the Article 6 (1) (e) DSGVO in conjunction with Article 4 of the Bavarian Data Protection Act (BayDSG), in conjunction with the specialized law applicable to the present proceedings.

Your data will not be used for purposes other than the requested processing, nor will it be passed on to uninvolved third parties. In the case of paid services, your payment data will be forwarded to the payment provider of your authority for the processing of the payment.

A BayernID with username / password is suitable for online services that do not have any special security level requirements.

The registration certificate may not be issued if you are under 18 years old (ProstSchG § 5 Abs. 2 S. 2).
Important: In order to renew the registration certificate, prostitutes of 21 years of age and older must submit evidence of health assessment held at least once a year. Prostitutes under 21 years of age must submit evidence of health assessment held at least every six months.
The law provides the possibility of issuing an additional alias certificate. Instead of your first and last name, it contains an alias of your own choice, which you use during your work.
